MORE ABOUT COLIN

Colin Hallowes has over 40 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry. After selling the family business Colin decided it was time to retire, though after a few short years Colin found that retirement was not what he expected, so in 2001 he decided to start another adventure. Colin Hallowes Cocoa & Chocolate was born.

This was to be a sort of hobby to keep himself busy but as the word spread about his products Colin found himself working full time once again. 

Today Colin Hallowes Cocoa & Chocolate has a diverse client base supplying the food service industry as well as creating, blending and packing for coffee roasters.
